- 7-Day Quality Inspection: Upon receipt of goods, buyers have 7 calendar days to inspect the order. Any quality discrepancies must be reported within this period.
- No Unconditional Returns: Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and logistics, we do not accept unconditional returns for non-quality issues.
- Damaged Goods: If products arrive damaged during transit, please provide photographic evidence and shipping documents immediately for claim processing.
- Resolution: Valid quality claims will be resolved through replacement in the next shipment or credit towards future orders.
